Employee BenefitThere is a tremendous employee benefit and a cost to businesses whose employees are also working (what in many cases amounts to a full time position) as a caregiver especially to an aging parent or other family member. The employer looses by paying an employee to concentrate on the job at hand, while the job at mind is the caregiving, of the loved one at their home alone or, a great distance away. The stress of having a loved one who needs help, in the form of a loving reminder call to eat properly, take meds on time, complete other health regimens as prescribed by their doctor, or as we all know of the need for 30 minutes of walking each day to benefit many aspects of our bodies, there is a helpful method of employee(r) benefit which would pay the employer handsomely knowing they are helping their employees as well as their family loved ones.
